Bookings cancelled or changed with less than two weeks’ notice will be charged $100 fee. Bookings cancelled with less than one week notice will be charged the full cost of the reserved accommodation.
Additional Lodging Options
In addition to hotels, there are several other options available to families who’d like to attend the conference!
- RV parking with or without hook-ups available on site (reserve your spot here) and at nearby locations (Including Knox Butte RV Park)
- Tent Camping including a KOA campground with tent camping available just 15 min. from the Expo Center.
- Check other hotels in Albany and Salem for availability. Discount travel websites (Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc.) can help you find good prices.
- Try Air Bnb and VRBO for yourself or to go in on a reservation with another family.
