Miscellaneous Information Handicapped Services:

If you or someone attending with you has a disability which requires special accommodations for full participation in the conference, please inform us 30 days in advance at mail@oceanetwork.org so we can better meet your needs. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Curriculum Exhibits:

We appreciate all the wonderful exhibitors attending the OCEANetwork Conference. They offer excellent resources to homeschool families. Exhibitors range from full-curriculum suppliers, to one-subject offerings, to services to help struggling homeschoolers. Exhibit Hall Only Pass

We believe the curriculum hall and the conference work together to equip you for the upcoming school year. Therefore, we encourage you to register for the whole conference to obtain the best preparation for next year.

However,  we realize there are some who prefer to attend the Exhibit Hall only. Therefore, we will be offering Exhibit Hall Only passes this year for $15 per adult and $10 per child, ages 3 and older. (Children 3 - 12 are not allowed in the Used Curriculum Exchange.)

The Exhibit Hall Only pass includes

 

  • admission to the Exhibit Hall both Friday and Saturday
  • admission to Exhibitor Workshops
  • admission to the Used Curriculum Exchange (for ages 13+). For their own safety, younger children (0 - 12) may not be in the Used Curriculum Exchange. Please make alternative care arrangements. (Have dad, grandparent or friend watch them while you are shopping in the Used Curriculum Exchange.)

 

Individuals with an Exhibit Hall Only Pass will not be able to attend any conference workshops,or keynote sessions at the conference. If you find you would like to attend the entire conference, you may apply your Exhibit Hall Only fees toward walk-in conference registration.

Exhibit Hall Only Passes must be purchased at the door. They go on sale starting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20th and will be available for purchase throughout the conference. Used Curriculum Exhibition shopping times for those purchasing Exhibit Hall Only Passes will be after families who pre-registered for the entire conference.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Friday, June 20, 2014, 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, June 21, 2014, 9:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
